Built for consultants and clinics

Websites for Doctors and Clinics

A practice website has one job: the person reading it decides whether to book. Everything else - the credentials, the conditions treated, the papers - only matters because it gets somebody to that decision. We have built and run the sites for practices across ENT, paediatric pulmonology, paediatric nephrology and neurology, fetal medicine, rheumatology, gastroenterology and hepatology, haematology, pain management and dentistry. They are named further down, and every one of them is live. The same team also builds CareZenix, the clinic and hospital management system, so appointments do not have to end in an inbox.

Websites for Doctors and Clinics

Is this the right fit?

A fit when

  • You are a consultant or a clinic and patients are finding you by name, or not at all.
  • Your existing site cannot be updated without calling somebody.
  • Appointment requests arrive by email or WhatsApp and get lost.
  • You want the conditions you treat to be findable, in the words patients actually use.

The wrong choice when

  • You need a hospital-wide system first - that is CareZenix, not a website project.
  • You want content written about conditions without a clinician reviewing it. We do not publish clinical claims nobody has signed off.
  • You are looking for guaranteed rankings or patient numbers. Nobody can promise those honestly.

What you get

The practice website

Your credentials, the conditions you treat and where you consult, on a site that loads fast on a phone. Editable by your own staff without a developer.

Appointment booking

Booking that lands in CareZenix rather than in an inbox, so the front desk sees the same list the website took.

Clinic and hospital management

CareZenix handles patients, appointments, prescriptions and billing for practices that have outgrown a diary. Built and run by this team.

Social media, run for you

We manage the accounts for several of the practices we build for, so what is published stays consistent with the site.

Found for what you treat

Condition and procedure pages written in the words patients search, and reviewed by you before they go live.

How it runs

  1. What patients ask you

The conditions, the questions that come up in consultation, and where your patients travel from. This decides the structure of the site, not a template.

  2. Build and review

You see the real pages with your own words in them. Anything clinical is yours to correct before it is published.

  3. Booking connected

Appointments wired to CareZenix or to whatever your front desk uses today.

  4. Live, then watched

We watch what people search to reach you and what they do next, and change the pages that are not working.

Questions we get asked

Can I update the site myself?

Yes. Timings, fees, new conditions, a new location - all editable from the admin without calling anybody. That is a requirement on every site we build, not an add-on.

Who writes the medical content?

We draft it from what you tell us and from your existing material, and you review every clinical line before it publishes. We do not publish a claim about a condition or a treatment that a clinician has not signed off.

Do appointments come into a system, or just email?

Into CareZenix, which we build ourselves - patients, appointments, prescriptions and billing in one place. If you already run something else, we connect to that instead.

Will I rank first for my speciality?

Nobody can promise that, and anybody who does is guessing with your money. What we can do is make the site findable for the conditions you actually treat and show you the search data every month.

Can I build the site myself instead?

A self-serve version, where a doctor sets up their own practice site, is in development. It is not available yet - ask us and we will tell you where it has got to.

Tell us about your practice.

Which conditions you want to be found for, where your patients come from, and how appointments reach you today. That is enough to start.

No sales sequence. One person reads this and replies. Rather give more detail?
