Small team, real client projects. You will not spend your first year on tickets somebody else scoped.

You will talk to clients

Engineers sit in scoping calls here. If you would rather never speak to a client, this is the wrong team.

You will see it in production

We support what we build, often for years. That changes how carefully you write things, which is the point.

    Not a quiz. We talk about what you have built and what you want to build next.

  3. A technical discussion

    We look at real code with you, yours or ours. No whiteboard algorithms, and no unpaid take-home project that resembles client work.

  4. An offer, in writing

    Role, salary, and who you report to, before you are asked to decide anything.
