Shopify and Shopify Plus builds
A complete storefront on Shopify, built around your catalogue rather than a theme demo. Delivered before for fashion, watches and consumer electronics.
Shopify storefront development goes wrong in a predictable way: a theme is bought, the catalogue is forced to fit it, and eighteen months later every small change is a fight with somebody else’s code. We start from your products instead, because product structure decides what merchandising, filtering and search can ever do.
Four of the case studies on our work page were delivered this way, across fashion, watches and consumer goods. What they had in common was not the design. It was a catalogue that had to be sorted out before anything else could work properly.
Shopify is the right answer when you want somebody else carrying hosting, security and PCI scope, and you can live inside the platform’s rules. When checkout needs logic Shopify will not allow, or the per transaction fee has become a real number at your volume, WooCommerce is the more honest recommendation.
Products, variants, collections and pricing rules structured so new lines can be added later without a developer.
Built in Liquid to your design, or a customised base theme. Sections are editable, so marketing can change the homepage without asking us.
Payment gateways, shipping rules and tax configured and tested. Checkout changes stay within what Shopify supports, so upgrades never break them.
Connections to your ERP, accounting, logistics or CRM. We use existing apps where they fit, and build only what is missing.
Images, scripts and third-party tags reviewed before launch. We measure the result and show you the numbers.
Products, customers and orders moved across. Every old URL redirected to its new one, checked before go-live.
A session with your team and written documentation. You should be able to run the store without us.
We map how your products actually vary before anything is designed. This is where a replatform is won or lost.
The theme is built in stages on a development store. You see real pages with your real products, not mockups.
Data is moved, redirects are mapped, and payments are tested end to end with real transactions.
We go live at a quiet hour and stay on it. Post-launch monitoring is part of the work, not an extra.
The platform and the tools around it. Nothing here is chosen because it is new.

It depends almost entirely on the catalogue, not the design. A store with 50 simple products moves quickly. A store with thousands of variants, bundles and regional pricing takes considerably longer, because the data work is the project. We give you a timeline after the catalogue review, once we have seen the real data rather than a description of it. We do not publish a standard delivery time, because any number we printed here would be wrong for half the projects we take on.
Yes. If you have a design you are happy with, we build it in Liquid as it is. If you do not, we can work from a customised base theme, which costs less and launches sooner. We will be honest about which route suits you. A full custom design is worth paying for when your brand depends on it, and hard to justify when your customers care mostly about finding products and checking out quickly.
No, and we build so that you are not. The theme is standard Liquid, the apps are ones you own, and the documentation is written for a developer who has never spoken to us. Any competent Shopify agency can pick it up. Clients who stay with us do so because they want to. Several have been with us for eight years or more, and that is the only kind of retention worth having.
Yes, and we recommend it for the first few months at minimum. Stores change constantly. New products, campaigns, apps and payment methods all touch the same code. Support covers fixes, small changes and monitoring, on terms agreed before launch rather than negotiated during a problem. If you would rather handle it in house, we will train your team and hand over cleanly instead.
Send the problem and any constraints you already know about. You get a scope, an approach, and a real cost range - written by a person.
