Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of vikalpdevelopment.com. They do not cover work we do for clients, which is governed by the separate agreement signed for that project. They were last updated in August 2026.

The site is operated by Vikalp Development, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi 110045, India.

Using the site

You are welcome to read, quote and link to anything published here. What you may not do is scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other people, attempt to access parts of it you are not authorised to reach, upload anything malicious through a form, or use our name or work to represent something we did not do.

The content

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to Vikalp Development, except where they belong to a client, in which case they are published with that client’s permission. Quoting a paragraph with a link back is fine. Republishing a page, or reusing our case studies as your own, is not.

Client names, logos and project screenshots appear because that work was genuinely delivered. Those marks remain the property of the client concerned.

What we can and cannot promise

We keep this site accurate and current, and we correct mistakes when we find them. But information published here is general: an article about choosing a framework, or a description of how we approach a build, is not advice for your specific project and should not be relied on as though it were.

Nothing on this site is an offer or a quotation. A price, a timeline or a scope only becomes binding when it is in a signed proposal.

We do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption. Hosting, networks and third-party services all fail occasionally.

Forms you submit

Sending an enquiry or a job application does not create a contract or an obligation on either side. We read every one and reply. Please do not send confidential information through a web form: use email, and tell us if it needs an NDA first.

What happens to the information you send is set out in our privacy policy.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another website we are pointing at something we found useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, such as lost profit or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
