Luxury Watch Outlet sells brand-new authentic timepieces with international brand warranty and original boxes, online and through physical boutiques. In a category where counterfeits are the buyer’s first fear and the transaction runs into lakhs, the store has one job before it has any other: make authenticity provable rather than claimed.

What we built

• The warranty promise made structural: international brand warranty and original packaging are stated as a standing guarantee rather than left as a line in the terms.
• Boutiques carried through to the store: the physical locations are surfaced online, because at this price a buyer very often wants to see the piece before paying for it.
• A catalogue built for browsing by brand: the timepiece collection is organised the way the buyer already thinks about watches.
• Built on Shopify: PCI-compliant payments and inventory handled by the platform, so the build went into the storefront and the trust-building rather than into commerce plumbing.
