Twelve HR services that had to stay twelve services

HRACS is an HR consulting and advisory firm that helps businesses strengthen their human resource function. The practice spans twelve distinct services, from compensation and benefits through labour compliance to organisational change - and a company looking for help with statutory compliance and one looking to redesign its pay bands are not the same buyer, even though both would be sold “HR consulting”.

What we built

  • Every service on its own page: compensation and benefits, compliance management, employee relations, HR analytics, HR operations, training and development, labour management, organisational change, strategic HR, talent management and recruitment each stand alone rather than becoming bullets under one heading.
  • Industries as a second way in: HR problems are sector-shaped, and a buyer often starts from their own industry rather than from a service name.
  • The approach made explicit: an “our approach” section and the HRACS promise answer the question a consulting buyer actually has - not what you do, but how you will work with us.
  • WordPress behind it: the service list is what changes as the practice grows, and the team edits it without a developer.

The result

A site where a company arriving with one specific HR problem reaches a page about that problem, instead of a single consulting page listing everything the firm does.
