An Ayurvedic brand with a store built around ailments

Tejasvi Home Remedy sells Ayurvedic preparations - rooted in Ayurveda, inspired by nature, as the brand puts it. Their customer does not shop by product name. They arrive with a complaint, most often joint or muscular pain, and want to know what helps, which makes the usual product-category store the wrong shape.

What we built

  • Categories that match the complaint: health and wellness, and bone, joint and muscular care - the customer’s own words rather than a product taxonomy.
  • Best sellers as guidance: for a first-time buyer of a traditional remedy, what others already trust is the most useful signal the store can offer.
  • Accounts and a newsletter: remedies are repeat purchases, so reordering and staying in touch are built in rather than bolted on.
  • WooCommerce, with the policies visible: shipping and returns are easy to reach, which in this category is part of the trust rather than paperwork.

The result

A WooCommerce store a customer can enter with a complaint instead of a product name, and where a repeat order takes a login rather than a fresh search.
