A Website for a Countryside Retreat Property

Selling quiet, an hour and a half from Delhi

Ivybridge Farm is a 1.5-acre retreat at Bilaspur on Lemon Estate Road in Haryana, sixty-one kilometres and about ninety minutes from central Delhi. It sells one thing: the feeling of being a long way from the city while still being close enough to go for a weekend. That is a mood, and a page of facilities does not convey it.

What we built

• Atmosphere written before amenities: the bamboo grove, the rain pavilions, the last 2.5 kilometres of greenery approaching the property - the site leads with what the place feels like, because that is what is being booked.
• The distance made into a selling point: sixty-one kilometres and ninety minutes from Delhi are stated plainly, since “far enough but not too far” is the whole proposition for a weekend guest.
• A short, decisive structure: amenities, packages, cuisine and contact - four sections, because a booking decision this simple does not need more.
• Booking kept always reachable: a persistent Book Now, so the decision can be acted on at the moment the photographs land.

The result

A short WordPress site that reads like the place rather than like a listing, and puts the drive time and the booking route in front of a guest who has ninety minutes to spare and is deciding this weekend.
